Meet Caitlyn
Hi there! I’m Caitlyn (she/her), a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping individuals develop compassionate relationships with food. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, fat-positive, and weight-inclusive. This means I empower clients to define wellness on their own terms—free from the pressures of diet culture. I prioritize each client’s lived experiences and take a holistic approach, honoring their unique journey, values, and needs throughout the healing process.
I earned my Master’s of Public Health from the University of Michigan, where I also studied nutrition. With years of experience in the eating disorder field across residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many on their path toward recovery.
I’m also passionate about sports dietetics! I majored in Kinesiology at Hope College and I love combining my enthusiasm for movement with my expertise in nutrition. Just like my approach to food, I believe in movement that is Intuitive, Joyful, and Mindful.
I’m here to support you in finding a path that feels empowering and sustainable, tailored to your unique identities and life.
